Delivery information and Charges
All items are sent 1st class recorded delivery by default to addresses within the UK or Northern Ireland.

International signed for is the default option for any items outside of the UK and Northern Ireland.

1st Class Recorded delivery = £3 (UK & N. Ireland only)
International signed for = £8 (Everywhere Else)

Delivery Times
All items will be shipped out on a weekly basis on a Tuesday, basically because this is the only day off work and thus the only day I’m able to get things posted. However occasionally I find myself in a position to post items throughout the week, when I can I will.

Payment Options & purchasing items
At the moment I only accept Paypal or cheques as payment. But only Paypal if you are buying from outside of the UK.

If you wish to place an order simply fill out the order form and click send, we will email you back as soon as possible detailing total charges and all information required to make a payment.

Items purchased via paypal will be processed immediately for dispatch but any item paid for by cheque will only be processed once the cheque has cleared in my bank account so please allow 3-7 working days after I receive payment for the order to be processed and sent out.

Stock Levels
On your email invoice, if an item is out of stock, it will be removed from your order. Where possible, you'll be given a due date for availability, and offer you the chance to backorder it as part of your purchases - or to be notified when the item is back on the shelf.

Privacy Policy
Gribbly Miniatures will not disclose any information provided by customers to third parties. Any and all information will be used only for the purpose for which it was supplied to us (for example making an order)

When you place an order, we will only use your phone number in the event there is a problems with stock / delivery and we have been unable to contact you via email. Your email address is used for electronic receipt purposes, order status, shipping notification, and it also helps validate your order.

Gribbly Miniatures will do everything in our ability to ensure your privacy is maintained at all times.

UKCORD member discount
If you are a paying member of the UKCORD then i can offer you a 10% discount and free shipping within the UK. to make sure you get this discount please let me know your UKCORD forum name and give me your UKCORD member number in the coments box whenever you place an order, i will send an email with the discounted price to you in the normal way.

Refund & Returns Policy
Gribbly Miniatures comply with the Distance Selling Regulations. A customer has the right to cancel their order, at any time prior to payment being made without giving reason. A customer may return any item within 7 working days of receipt, for a full refund less any postage charges incurred by Gribbly Miniatures.

Missing items, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported either by email or in writing within 7 working days of receipt. In these instances a replacement or refund will be offered. In the case of items missing in the post a replacement or refund will be offered once I have contacted the post office and determined the delivery status of the package(s). All items I send have a tracking number and require a signature upon receipt.

Gribbly Miniatures will make every effort to replace damaged goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, Gribbly Miniatures only obligation is to refund the full purchase price.

The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. A deduction will be made from the refund of any direct cost of collecting the goods. The goods must be returned in the condition that they were first supplied.

Please include a covering letter explaining the reason that the goods are being returned and your full name and address. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
